Wrong Size
If you ordered the incorrect size, you must inform us within 1 week and return the product to Ireland within 3 weeks.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Ireland. If it is not returned to us within the three week time frame it will not be possible to offer a refund of the purchase price.
If the product is unused, unworn with it's original tags still attached and free of body odour, you will be refunded the purchase price less the original shipping costs.
As this is an end of season sale it is unlikely that we will have stock and so it will not be possible to offer a replacement product. If you want a different size and it is available in the store please purchase the alternative size directly.
Defective Goods
In the unlikely event that the item is defective please inform us immediately. We will require the item to be returned to us for inspection and following satisfactory inspection, a full refund of the purchace price and shipping costs will be made.
Refunds will be expedited as soon as possible but could take up to 3 weeks to process from the receipt of the product.
